These Terms & Conditions apply to all players participating in pickleball sessions organised by Suffolk Pickleball Company LTD. By joining a session, you agree to the following terms. These Terms apply no matter the session type - Rec Play, Coaching, League Games, Tournaments and any other sessio
Participation
Players participate voluntarily and at their own risk.
You confirm that you are physically able to take part in pickleball activities and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.
The Club reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
Safety & Conduct
Players must follow all safety instructions provided by organisers or session leaders.
Respectful behaviour towards other players is expected at all times.
Aggressive, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.
Proper footwear and appropriate sports attire must be worn.
Liability Disclaimer
Participation in pickleball involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury.
The Club, its organisers, volunteers, and venue partners are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during sessions, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Players are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings.
Cancellations & Changes
Session times, locations, or formats may change due to weather, venue availability, or other circumstances.
The Club is not liable for costs or losses incurred due to session cancellations or changes.
Photography & Media
Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for club communication or promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of such media unless you inform the organiser otherwise.
Minors
Players under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to participate.
The Club does not provide supervision beyond the pickleball activity itself.
